Keys Aren’t Working? Don’t Worry, Try This Trick!

If your lock code matches the code on your newly purchased key but doesn’t fit into the lock, try using a lubricant like WD-40 or some of our handy graphite lubricant in the lock.

Since our keys are brand new and haven’t had the chance to be worn in with the lock, they sometimes can be a bit rigid and lubricant typically does the trick. Just spray the lubricant in the lock, move the key back and forth a few times, and you should be all set!
