Our Return Policy

If the incorrect items are ordered, you may send the items back to us for a refund and a new order can be placed. This will ensure your new items are shipped quickly and you can utilize our free shipping options.


All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). The RA # must be issued within 14 calendar days after you’ve received the item and it will be valid for the following 14 calendar days. We will only refund the total of the merchandise returned, since the shipping charge has been used. We reserve the right to assess a 25% minimum re-stocking fee for returned merchandise on orders that are $500 or more, but only for reasons other than a manufacturing defect. Items that are ordered incorrectly or are not needed are automatically subject to the 25% minimum restocking fee.


Please return the items in a well-protected envelope or box (our products like to travel in comfort!) with tracking information as we are not held liable for any mail or items lost in transit. Items can be returned via USPS (PO BOX 7845 Charlotte, NC 28241), FedEx or UPS (11407 Granite St Ste B Charlotte, NC 28273), or carrier of your choice, please note that does not cover the cost of return shipping.


HPC / HUDSON products must be returned within 14 calendar days, return shipping paid by client, 10% restocking fee, items must be unused and all parts accounted for in original packaging.


If there is a discrepancy with your order (i.e missing items, broken items) we can reship the items at no charge within 14 calendar days after you have received the products. Reshipments falling after the 14 calendar days will require a reshipping fee to be processed before the items can be sent.
