Changing An Order

If your order has been submitted the only way to make changes is to contact us by phone, email, or chat.

We process and ship our orders very quickly and because of this there is a 10-minute window for changes to be made. If that time-frame has passed or you have received an email stating that the order has been checked and shipped then we unfortunately cannot make changes to the order.

If the order was submitted over the weekend or after 7pm EST, changes can be made until 9am EST the following business day.
