Q: Why am I seeing a shipping charge if my cart has Free Shipping items?
A: Free Shipping still applies, but only to those items. If you added anything else that doesn’t qualify, shipping will only apply to those items.


Q: Do you still offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Just look for items marked Free Shipping. Those still ship free when they meet the requirements.


Q: Why did my shipping options change at checkout?
A: Some carriers aren’t available for larger or higher-value orders. We automatically show the best options to make sure your order arrives safely.


Q: Are delivery dates guaranteed?
A: Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier. Delays can happen due to things like weather or transit issues.


Q: Why is my order only shipping with FedEx or DHL?
A: For certain orders, we use more secure carriers based on size or value to ensure safe delivery.


Q: Why do I need to sign for my package?
A: Higher-value orders may require a signature to make sure your package gets delivered safely.


Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: Yes, but only for smaller orders. Larger or higher-value orders need a physical address for secure delivery.


Q: Why is my order taking longer to ship?
A: Some items take extra time due to stock or special ordering. If that’s the case, it’s usually noted on the product page or at checkout.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Keep in mind that duties and taxes aren’t included and are paid separately.


Q: Why did USPS or Amazon Shipping disappear?
A: Those options depend on your order details. If they’re not showing, it just means another carrier is better suited for your shipment.
