Large Quote Requests
For larger requests involving multiple lock codes or quantities, we may ask you to complete our Excel quote spreadsheet. This helps us review your request efficiently and make sure nothing is overlooked.
When completing the spreadsheet:
- Enter each lock code only once in Column B.
- If you need multiple keys for the same code, combine them into one total quantity.
- Enter the complete lock code exactly as it appears, including any letters, prefixes, or suffixes.
- Do not shorten or remove characters from a lock code. For example, enter FR400, not 400.
Example
If you need 2 keys for FR400 and an additional 3 keys for FR400, enter:
FR400 — Quantity 5
Do not enter FR400 on multiple rows.
Why Is the Complete Lock Code Important?
Letters, prefixes, and suffixes can be an important part of identifying the correct key. Similar numbers or markings may be used by different manufacturers or key systems and do not necessarily indicate that the keys are compatible or interchangeable.
Entering the complete lock code exactly as it appears helps us identify the correct product and prepare your quote accurately.
Once completed, please return the spreadsheet to our Customer Service team for review.
If you’re unsure which product or lock code you need, please include clear photos of the lock and/or original key so we can help identify it.
